About The Position
A housekeeping runner in a hotel is responsible for delivering linens, amenities, and supplies to support the housekeeping team and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ability to deliver linens, amenities, and supplies.
- Ability to restock storage areas.
- Ability to assist with guest requests.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to support other departments.
Responsibilities
- Delivering linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities to housekeepers or directly to guest rooms.
- Restocking storage areas with essential supplies.
- Responding to special requests from guests or supervisors, which may include delivering extra towels, toiletries, or other amenities.
- Maintaining communication with housekeeping staff and other hotel departments to coordinate tasks and relay guest requests.
- Assisting other departments, such as food and beverage, by delivering items as needed.
