About The Position

The Houseperson/Runner is a critical member of the housekeeping team, responsible for providing support to housekeepers and ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail. In this exciting role, you will: Provide support to housekeepers by delivering supplies, removing trash, and cleaning common areas Deliver requested items to guest units promptly and efficiently Greet guests and respond to their requests in a friendly and helpful manner Stock linen closets and other storage areas Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor Maintain a clean and organized work area To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. Requirements

Demonstrates a friendly and positive demeanor
Possesses a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be comfortable working in a variety of outdoor weather conditions (i.e., hot, cold, wet, humid, etc.)
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must have proof of a valid driver's license
Pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Provide support to housekeepers by delivering supplies, removing trash, and cleaning common areas
Deliver requested items to guest units promptly and efficiently
Greet guests and respond to their requests in a friendly and helpful manner
Stock linen closets and other storage areas
Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment
Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor
Maintain a clean and organized work area
