The Housekeeping Room Attendants and Turndown Attendants are responsible for cleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites, and indoor common areas at Harbor View Hotels property to established standards. This includes tasks such as changing linen, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, picking up trash, and fulfilling guest amenity requests. Additionally, attendants will be responsible for loading and organizing housekeeping carts and storage closets, responding to guest requests, and reporting any issues with guest rooms. A key part of the role involves inspecting hotel rooms to ensure they have been cleaned properly, along with performing other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
