It also includes restocking towels, toiletries, and amenities, sorting laundry, operating laundry machines safely, and handling linen. Maintaining an organized cart and closets is essential for an efficient workspace. The position may also require participation in deep cleaning, special projects, and team training.

Requirements

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
Customer service mindset – Friendly, helpful attitudes make guest stays memorable (for all the right reasons).
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical stamina – You can lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on your feet for the whole shift
Flexible schedule – Early mornings, weekends, holidays? You’re ready when guests are.

Responsibilities

Clean guest rooms and public areas, ensuring beds are made, bathrooms are sparkling, and no dust is present.
Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities.
Sort laundry, operate laundry machines safely, and handle linen.
Keep cart and closets organized.
Pitch in with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training when needed.
