The role of the Housekeeping Office Coordinator BASIC PURPOSE: The Housekeeping Office Coordinator is a vital position in the department. This position manages all incoming calls from guests and Housekeeping staff; including service requests, special items, deliveries, request for assistance, call outs from staff and room status information.

Requirements

• Bi-lingual Spanish is required.
• Must have excellent phone skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an active environment
• Communicate clearly with guests, employees and managers.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• This position does require authorization to work in the United States.
