Requirements
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems like Opera PMS.
- Proficiency in housekeeping software such as HotSOS.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical safety.
- Knowledge of hospitality service standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish/English.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Assigning tasks to the housekeeping team.
- Ensuring supplies are stocked.
- Training new staff members on proper housekeeping techniques.
- Interacting with guests, addressing their needs and feedback.
- Managing budgeting, scheduling, and payroll.
- Controlling and ordering inventory.
