About The Position

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping team. This role requires a natural people person with an analytical mind, who can do everything from streamline a bumpy process to stock a supply cart. The Housekeeping Manager is a natural at identifying challenges, makes reasonable and insightful assumptions, and motivates everyone on the team by showing them the rewards of providing outstanding service. Leading by example may lead you to incredible growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Advanced knowledge of housekeeping operations.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
  • Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
