About The Position

The Housekeeping Manager is a leadership role responsible for guiding a team through daily operations in a busy resort environment. This position involves assigning duties to supervisors, inspecting team members' work, responding to guest requests, conducting performance reviews, and managing assigned buildings. The ideal candidate will embody core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
A proven track record in a leadership hotel housekeeping team of a resort of at least 500 rooms or more for 2 to 3 years
A flexible schedule with 7 days per week availability, open to working any days, any shift, is a must
