The Clare, a luxury Continuing Care Retirement Community in Chicago's Gold Coast area, is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping Manager. This role is for a compassionate leader skilled in environmental services, committed to delivering five-star service and a high standard of care. The ideal candidate will make a difference in the lives of residents while working in a premier residential community.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• Spanish speaking or fluent preferred
• Degree or certification in facility management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all housekeeping services within the retirement community
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
