About The Position

The Clare, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Chicago's Gold Coast area, is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage all housekeeping services. This role is ideal for a compassionate leader committed to delivering five-star service and a high standard of care through excellence in environmental services, making a difference in the lives of residents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• Spanish speaking or fluent preferred
• Degree or certification in facility management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all housekeeping services within the retirement community
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
