Requirements

1–2 years of leadership experience in Housekeeping or Front Office operations within a hotel environment
Flexible, adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting and is willing to support operational needs as business demands shift

Marriott experience
PMS knowledge
experience in both Housekeeping and Front Office operations

Responsibilities

Lead daily housekeeping operations across guestrooms, public spaces, laundry, and related areas to ensure exceptional cleanliness and service standards
Inspect guestrooms and public areas regularly, ensuring readiness for guests, VIP arrivals, and special events
Supervise staffing levels, coach associates, and foster a positive, guest-focused team culture built on accountability and service excellence
Partner closely with Front Office, Sales, and hotel leadership to ensure seamless communication and an outstanding guest experience
Support operational and financial goals through effective scheduling, supply management, process improvements, and attention to departmental performance
