The Housekeeping Manager, known as the Support Manager at Eataly, is responsible for ensuring compliance with all cleanliness procedures and safety regulations at an Eataly location. This role reports to the Director of Store Operations and involves managing the Support team, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, motivating, and submitting payroll. The manager is tasked with maintaining a consistent housekeeping schedule to guarantee store cleanliness, supervising the cleaning and stocking of dish room and pit equipment, and arranging for repairs. They execute job lists from the Food Safety & Sanitation Manager, conduct detailed checks of all restaurant and retail spaces to meet cleanliness standards, and inspect dining and storage areas for adherence to health and safety regulations. Additionally, the manager documents, investigates, elevates, and resolves all employee and guest incidents.
