About The Position

This role is responsible for servicing and maintaining the cleanliness of all public areas, including restrooms, lobby floors, banquet spaces, and executive offices, in accordance with Omni Standards. The goal is to ensure a neat, clean, and presentable environment for guests and associates at all times, while also offering assistance and information.

Requirements

Able to maintain a 4-diamond level of service.
Able to work with Management on special projects.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to communicate effectively (must be able to answer basic questions about services and amenities, give directions to guests).
Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
Requires repetitive motion of arms and hands.

Responsibilities

Service hotel lobbies throughout the day.
Service all public restrooms in lobby, convention, and pool areas.
Service executive offices.
Service both men's and ladies associate locker rooms.
Service lobby and lower lobby pre-function space.
Ensure cleanliness of lobby, convention, outdoor, and all other public areas, focusing on keeping areas neat and clean at all times.
Ensure the main guest entrance is neat, clean, and presentable at all times.
Ensure all floral arrangements and plants are neat with no debris in the planters.
Ensure all ash urns and trash bins throughout the property are empty, neat, and clean at all times.
Ensure water fountain and ATM areas are maintained neat and clean at all times.
Service guest and associate elevators and escalators.
Ensure that the hotel, guests, and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.
Complete any special projects assigned by housekeeping leaders.
Report any maintenance issues or concerns.
Offer assistance and information to guests.
