About The Position

Join the housekeeping team at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the hotel. The Housekeeping Lobby Attendant is responsible for keeping the lobby and other public areas neat, clean, vacuumed, and dusted. Duties include cleaning mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors; removing trash; restocking supplies; and responding to guest requests and inquiries in the lobby. The role calls for a friendly, outgoing approach and a commitment to exceptional guest service.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and public areas.
• Keep public areas neat, vacuumed, and dusted.

• Remove trash from assigned areas.
• Restock supplies.
