The Housekeeping Lead at Hyatt House the Wharf is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service and guest satisfaction through meticulous room cleanliness. This role involves daily cleaning tasks according to established guidelines, checking and reporting on the proper operation of room fixtures and equipment, and performing general clean duties including changing linens. The lead will also manage and restock cleaning carts, maintain the cleanliness of the cart, linen room, and vacuum cleaner, and be proficient in operating laundry equipment and maintaining public areas.
