Requirements

  • Familiarity with cleaning techniques, laundry operations, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • HS Diploma/GED preferred.
  • 1-2 years previous housekeeping, laundry, or environmental services supervisor experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with work order or facility management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, ensuring an exceptional standard of cleanliness, safety, and service throughout the community.
  • Leads front-line staff, conducts inspections, provides training, coordinates daily work assignments, and ensures timely completion of resident and department needs.
  • Upholds luxury hospitality principles and contributes to a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for residents, guests, and team members.
  • Ability to work with courtesy and professionalism in resident homes.
  • Participate in safety audits and assist with regulatory readiness activities.
  • Perform regular inspections of completed work and conduct follow-up training where needed. Maintain accurate daily logs, inspections, and assignment documentation.
  • Coach team members through real-time feedback, training, and service modeling.
  • Follows all safety protocols, infection-control procedures, and emergency preparedness guidelines.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to housekeeping and laundry associates.
