About The Position
The Housekeeping Laundry Attendant role at Rogers Embassy Suites is a full-time position focused on ensuring the cleanliness and organization of hotel linens and laundry operations. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and supporting the overall housekeeping team. The position emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and physical capability to handle laundry tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Laundry or cleaning experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and staying on your feet moving throughout your shift.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Sort laundry by color, fabric, and level of soiling to ensure proper cleaning.
- Operate commercial washers, dryers, and pressing equipment.
- Fold, press, and organize linen neatly and efficiently.
- Maintain laundry carts and closets with the right supplies, ensuring they are neat and efficient.
- Support general housekeeping by keeping public areas tidy and assisting where needed.
