About The Position
The Housekeeping Laundry Attendant role at Rogers Embassy Suites is a full-time position focused on maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel's laundry operations and supporting general housekeeping efforts. This role is crucial for ensuring a positive guest experience by providing fresh, clean linens and maintaining tidy public areas. Requirements
- Laundry or cleaning experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and staying on feet moving throughout the shift.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Sort laundry by color, fabric, and level of soiling to ensure proper cleaning.
- Operate commercial washers, dryers, and pressing equipment.
- Fold, press, and organize linen neatly and efficiently.
- Maintain laundry carts and closets with the correct supplies in an organized manner.
- Support general housekeeping by keeping public areas tidy and assisting where needed.
