About The Position

Ridgewood Terrace, a Concord Health Systems facility, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping / Laundry Aide to join their team. This is a full-time day shift position in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky. The role focuses on providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that supports the comfort, dignity, and well-being of each resident, playing a key part in maintaining high cleanliness standards within a skilled nursing and long-term care facility.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or laundry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas in a nursing home setting
• Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and clothing
• Follow proper infection control and sanitation procedures
• Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with healthcare regulations
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Respond to housekeeping and laundry needs throughout the facility
• Work collaboratively with nursing and facility staff
• Contribute to a respectful, resident-centered environment
