About The Position
Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Housekeeping Inventory Clerk for Club Wyndham Bali Hai Villas Resort. The role receives, records, and tracks housekeeping inventory and delivered supplies; loads and unloads deliveries; and stores and stocks inventory in the supply room in accordance with company standards. The clerk maintains inventory controls, performs quality checks on stored items, discards inventory that does not meet company standards, and organizes daily housekeeping supply storage operations. The position also requires entering and updating housekeeping inventory in the Inventory Smart System. The company is hiring immediately and requests local candidates. Associates are expected to demonstrate customer service, professional communication, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- Demonstrated understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action.
- Demonstrate the highest level of customer service to current and prospective owners to maintain a positive brand image and company reputation.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills when dealing with guests and associates.
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
Responsibilities
- Receive, record, and track housekeeping inventory and delivered supplies.
- Load and unload deliveries.
- Store and stock inventory in the supply room according to company standards.
- Follow established standards for checking out inventory and supplies.
- Maintain the inventory control system as directed by management and company standards.
- Perform quality checks on stored inventory and discard items that do not meet company standards.
- Organize the daily operations of housekeeping supply storage.
- Update and enter housekeeping inventory into the Inventory Smart System.
