We're looking for a Housekeeping Inspector with a sharp eye, a passion for quality, and the drive to lead our housekeeping team to the next level! Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience required
- Prior inspector/supervisor experience preferred
- High attention to detail—nothing gets past you!
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated, proactive, and confident in leading a team
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to move around the hotel (walking, standing, bending) for long periods
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
- Prior housekeeping experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, guest-focused attitude
- A natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Flexible and reliable—you’re available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering spotless, welcoming spaces to every guest
- Eye for detail and committed to accuracy, efficiency, and high standards
- Able to stay active throughout the shift—standing, walking, bending, and moving constantly
- Professional, dependable, and always brings a positive attitude
- Quick learner, hard worker, and team player who can also work independently when needed
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and presentation
- Ensure all rooms meet brand and quality standards before guest check-in
- Coach and motivate room attendants to achieve excellence
- Report and follow up on maintenance and service needs
- Maintain housekeeping supply levels and inventory
- Assist with training new team members
- Support the Executive Housekeeper with scheduling and team coordination
- Jump in to clean when needed—you're not afraid to lead by example!
