About The Position

We're looking for a Housekeeping Inspector with a sharp eye, a passion for quality, and the drive to lead our housekeeping team to the next level! You’ll play a vital role in delivering the clean, comfortable, and flawless experience our guests rave about.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience required; prior inspector/supervisor experience preferred
- High attention to detail—nothing gets past you!
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated, proactive, and confident in leading a team
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to move around the hotel (walking, standing, bending) for long periods
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
- Prior housekeeping experience is a plus—but if you’re detail-oriented and love cleanliness, we’ll train you!
- Strong organizational and time management skills—you know how to get things done and done well.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, guest-focused attitude.
- A natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Flexible and reliable—you’re available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering spotless, welcoming spaces to every guest.
- Eye for detail and committed to accuracy, efficiency, and high standards.
- Able to stay active throughout the shift—standing, walking, bending, and moving constantly.

Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and presentation
- Ensure all rooms meet brand and quality standards before guest check-in
- Coach and motivate room attendants to achieve excellence
- Report and follow up on maintenance and service needs
- Maintain housekeeping supply levels and inventory
- Assist with training new team members
- Support the Executive Housekeeper with scheduling and team coordination
- Jump in to clean when needed—you're not afraid to lead by example!
