About The Position

We're looking for a Housekeeping Inspector with a sharp eye, a passion for quality, and the drive to lead our housekeeping team to the next level! You’ll play a vital role in delivering the clean, comfortable, and flawless experience our guests rave about.

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping experience required; prior inspector/supervisor experience preferred
  • High attention to detail—nothing gets past you!
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Motivated, proactive, and confident in leading a team
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to move around the hotel (walking, standing, bending) for long periods
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
  • Prior housekeeping experience is a plus—but if you’re detail-oriented and love cleanliness, we’ll train you!
  • Strong organizational and time management skills—you know how to get things done and done well.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, guest-focused attitude.
  • A natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexible and reliable—you’re available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering spotless, welcoming spaces to every guest.
  • Eye for detail and committed to accuracy, efficiency, and high standards.
  • Able to stay active throughout the shift—standing, walking, bending, and moving constantly.
  • Professional, dependable, and always brings a positive attitude.
  • Quick learner, hard worker, and team player who can also work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and presentation
  • Ensure all rooms meet brand and quality standards before guest check-in
  • Coach and motivate room attendants to achieve excellence
  • Report and follow up on maintenance and service needs
  • Maintain housekeeping supply levels and inventory
  • Assist with training new team members
  • Support the Executive Housekeeper with scheduling and team coordination
  • Jump in to clean when needed—you're not afraid to lead by example!
