About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector at our Parkside Resort. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests enjoy their stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness in our guest rooms. As an Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting rooms to ensure they meet HGV's high standards upon guest arrival.

Requirements

• Ability to perform multi-task assignments.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) with team members and guests.
• 1+ year housekeeping/self-inspecting experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms to ensure they meet high cleanliness and working order standards.
• Clean rooms, including stripping dirty linens, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning dishes, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and counters, and moving furniture.
• Report deficiencies to maintain room compliance with resort standards.
• Replenish linen and guest amenities.
• Assist co-workers as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Adhere to regular attendance, grooming standards, and safety guidelines.
