Requirements

• 1 year of housekeeping inspecting experience (preferably in vacation rentals).
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A keen eye for detail and a love for making things sparkle.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Background check required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in vacation rentals.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting condos, townhomes, and beach houses to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness.
• Running items such as coffee pots, irons, and mops to units to maintain stock.
• Performing touch-up cleaning as necessary.
• Building strong relationships with contract cleaners to ensure units are in excellent condition for guests.
