About The Position

Stay Sojo Furnished Living provides furnished corporate apartments nationwide and has a great opportunity in Glendale, AZ. In this position you will be conducting quality inspections of units between guests and monitoring the property on a routine basis as well as delivering exceptional guest services to our guests. Must be available to work evenings and weekends, 16-24 hours per week.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ years operations, housekeeping and/or customer service experience in a similar field of work
• Exceptional customer service skills
• High emotional intelligence
• Genuine desire to help others
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to interact patiently, tactfully, and diplomatically with internal and external guests

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of units for cleanliness and condition of furnishings between guests
• Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner
• Monitor property during stated coverage hours, including evenings and weekends to ensure a quiet and peaceful environment for all residents
• Maintain friendly and welcoming attitude towards guests
• Maintain professional relationship with apartment community management and all staff.
