About The Position

At Reeds Cove Health and Rehab, housekeeping is more than cleaning. It is helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home for our residents. This role involves creating a clean, safe, home-like environment and building positive relationships with residents and staff in a stable healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment
• Follow infection prevention and cleaning procedures
• Replenish supplies as needed
• Report maintenance or safety concerns
• Respond respectfully to resident requests
• Interact professionally with residents, families, and team members
• Help residents feel comfortable and proud of their home
