About The Position
Allegro Senior Living in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join their team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming atmosphere of the community. This role involves cleaning vacant apartments for move-in, cleaning occupied apartments on a weekly basis, and cleaning common areas according to a schedule. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and enjoys making a difference for residents.

Responsibilities
- Clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in using Company Checklist.
- Report any problem areas to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Clean occupied apartments, respite and guest apartments as scheduled using Company Checklist.
- Detail clean halls and other common areas as scheduled or when requested by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Keep inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure an adequate supply.
- Report items needed to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Keep laundry rooms and housekeeping/linen rooms clean and organized.
- Clean lint from dryer lint traps daily and clean area behind washer & dryer equipment weekly.
