About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment within the casino and its surrounding areas. The EVS Attendant will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure all public areas, restrooms, walkways, and employee areas are kept to high standards. This role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, effective communication, and the ability to work productively with others.

Requirements

Must be able to read, write and follow written and oral instructions.
Willingness to work as a team member for the success of the department and Treasure Bay.
Awareness of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Excellent customer skills.

Responsibilities

Clean slot machine banks, table game pits, and all public areas within the casino and fort.
Clean and maintain outside walkways, to include casino main entrance, taxi stand, valet driveway and bus stop.
Clean restrooms.
Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
Clean mirrors and glass throughout casino.
Clean escalators and elevators, including tracks.
Clean back of house area, employee areas and hallways.
Empty trash receptacles.
Clean and maintain all Environmental Services storage areas.
Operate, clean and maintain various cleaning machines; i.e. vacuums, floor machines, etc.
Report all safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
May be required to assist other department personnel in facility related duties.
Comply with company and department policies and procedures.
Demonstrate interpersonal skills to work productively with others.
Report for work as scheduled.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Plus any / all tasks deemed necessary by supervisor.
