About The Position

As a Housekeeping Director, you are responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance and regulations. You will also supervise and coordinate the housekeeping program to maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in housekeeping and laundry required
  • Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry and housekeeping procedures
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
