This role involves core building custodian duties including cleaning and sanitizing, waste management, outdoor maintenance, and general upkeep. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be committed to the schedule, and possess previous experience in a light labor-intensive job. We are a healthcare service company providing safety systems and medical waste collection for various healthcare settings, focusing on quality and safety-focused medical waste management services.

Responsibilities
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting surfaces, and disinfecting restrooms while restocking supplies.
- Emptying trash cans, collecting recycling, and properly disposing of waste.
- Sweeping parking lot, clearing walkways, windows, minor landscaping, painting.
- Changing air filters and light bulbs, cleaning air vents, operating floor buffers, and other duties as necessary.
