About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join their Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Coordinator. This role involves coordinating and scheduling daily room assignments, managing guest requests, and serving as the primary Housekeeping point of contact during a shift. The position supports departmental procedures, monitors inventory, and upholds Four Seasons service standards.

Requirements

• College degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and hotel software systems.
• English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States. Applicants without valid work authorization for the United States will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily room assignments for Room Attendants and House Attendants.
• Manage guest requests and follow up to ensure timely completion and guest satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary Housekeeping point of contact during your shift, collaborating closely with Front Office and Engineering teams.
• Create and prioritize daily assignments while supporting the department's opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available on guest floors and in public areas.
• Support operational excellence by maintaining Four Seasons service standards and fostering positive team collaboration.
