The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day office operations within the housekeeping department for 360 Blue. This role involves coordinating daily work assignments for housekeeping cleaners and quality assurance team members, answering team member calls and emails from various internal departments (guest services, reservations, property management, maintenance, and quality assurance), and dispatching work orders. A successful Housekeeping Coordinator will ensure that the 360 Blue managed residences are in pristine condition, providing an excellent first impression for guests. They are expected to provide service to guests/owners and fellow team members in a manner that meets or exceeds 360 Blue Properties standards and complies with established company and departmental policies and procedures.
