Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management systems (experience with PMS systems preferred)
• Previous experience in hospitality operations or housekeeping administration preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering excellence is required.
• You must have the ability to manage time effectively.
• Must work with minimal supervision and be proactive in the approach to problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Housekeeping team's overall operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
• Bridges the connection between the housekeeping team and property operations, and guest service departments to uphold our brand promise: “Serve from the Heart and Empower Experiences.
• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Housekeeping Manager and team.
• Coordinate scheduling, timekeeping, and assignment sheets to ensure efficient use of staff resources.
• Handle guest and owner requests related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with maintenance, Guest Services, and Front Office, and ensure timely turnover of residences.
• Track and report on unit status, productivity, and quality performance metrics.
• Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and recognition efforts of the housekeeping team.
