About The Position

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Housekeeping Coordinator/Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Requirements

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
• Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Housekeeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations by coordinating room and public area assignments, monitoring productivity and quality standards, and providing guidance and operational support to housekeeping team members throughout each shift
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, VIP arrivals, show rooms, and priority rooms to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are consistently maintained
• Support Housekeeping Management with administrative and operational responsibilities while fostering effective communication and teamwork across shifts
• Respond to guest requests and concernspromptly and professionally, coordinating with appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution and an exceptional guest experience
• Maintain a strong focus on service excellence by accommodating special requests, exercising discretion, and ensuring all guest interactions reflect high hospitality standards
