How to be Impactful: Housekeepers help to create a positive experience for guests by ensuring the cleanliness of the hotel guest rooms and public spaces. Housekeepers are personable, service-oriented, organized, high capacity, and adaptive. Housekeepers exude an optimistic, energized, positive lifestyle and have a passion for making guests feel at home. A Day in the Life Of: Maintains and builds a strong sense of community, integrity, and brand for all who visit and work in our hotel. Embodies outrageous hospitality. Ensures the guest rooms, common areas and building remain clean and to the hotel's super high standards. Willingness to utilize and become fluent with the task management software. Develops a thorough knowledge of the hotel room amenities, type of rooms, services of hotel, menu offerings, etc. Willingness to do on-site laundry for occasional incidental laundry. Performs other duties or special projects as assigned by Leadership.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with great time management skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing for an extended period of time.
High School diploma is required.

Nice To Haves

Housekeeping Experience preferred.
Demonstrated success in a customer focused environment.
