The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning all public areas and Back of the House areas, such as offices, hallways, and restrooms. This role involves responding to calls for spill cleanup, trash removal, and general cleaning or straightening of areas. The attendant must follow all safety procedures, keep the work environment clean and organized, pay special attention to detail, and assure that guest expectations are exceeded by being responsive and engaged. Maintaining ongoing communication with team members and responding to inquiries and complaints are also key aspects of the role. The position also involves protecting company assets by adhering to security standards and striving to deliver exceptional products and service, demonstrating behaviors consistent with Columbia Hospitality values and mission. This is a full-time position.
