About The Position

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for completing all housekeeping operations, including cleaning schedules for indoor and outdoor spaces, guest areas, and event venues. This role ensures the clubhouse remains clean, organized, and presentable during regular business hours and contracted events, upholding the club’s reputation through adherence to cleaning protocols and quality standards. The attendant will regularly inspect all areas of the clubhouse to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards, and work closely with the Maintenance Team to promptly address any repair or upkeep needs. Responsibilities also include laundry operations, managing housekeeping inventory, and upholding the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene. The attendant must ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, address member and guest concerns promptly, stay updated on industry best practices, and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all housekeeping operations, including cleaning schedules for indoor and outdoor spaces, guest areas, and event venues.
  • Ensure the clubhouse remains clean, organized, and presentable during regular business hours and contracted events.
  • Follow cleaning protocols and quality standards to uphold the club’s reputation.
  • Regularly inspect all areas of the clubhouse to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Team to promptly address any repair or upkeep needs, ensuring smooth operations and safety.
  • Manage laundry operations, ensuring timely washing, drying, and organization of linens, towels, and other fabrics.
  • Monitor and manage housekeeping inventory, including cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of supplies to prevent wastage or misuse.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene in all operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
  • Address member and guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
