About The Position

The Housekeeping Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel. The Housekeeping Attendant services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level.

Requirements

• High level of attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Command of the English language is required
• Able to clean guest rooms according to Four Seasons Standards
• Requires standing for the majority of the shift
• Ability to lift at least 40lbs
• Flexible schedule
• Ability to work Weekends and Holidays
• Possess open availability and the ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must possess legal work authorization in Canada

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years previous Housekeeping experience in a fast paced Hotel operation
• Additional language a definite asset for career growth
• Completion of Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field
• Previous residential or condominium cleaning preferred
• Previous Housekeeping Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Services guest rooms
• Handles guest housekeeping requests
• Responsible for overall guest comfort level
• Assist with cleaning residential units as well as guest rooms
