Requirements
- Hospitality oriented
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
- Must be able to bend, squat, stretch, and lift weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
- Able and willing to perform basic cleaning duties.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must possess good communication skills in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
- Clean and organize Levant Restaurant according to standards using the correct chemicals.
- Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, and service stations.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and furniture.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Maintenance and cleanliness of all equipment used by him/her.
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, check daily event sheets, bulletin boards and be up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the management.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the supervisor.
