About The Position

The Housekeeping Attendant PM is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces during evening operations at Dellshire Resort. This role focuses heavily on guest service, public area upkeep, room refreshes, responding to guest requests, and ensuring the resort maintains exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the evening hours. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, guest-focused, and takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and elevated resort experience for all guests and fellow Realm Keepers.

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, or custodial experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.
  • Basic English communication skills preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all assigned public areas, guest corridors, elevators, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces during PM shifts.
  • Complete guest room refresh services, turndown service, and special cleaning requests as assigned.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests for towels, linens, amenities, cribs, rollaway beds, and miscellaneous items.
  • Remove trash, used linens, and soiled items from guest rooms and public spaces.
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and polish floors and surfaces according to Dellshire Resort standards.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, fixtures, furniture, and high-touch surfaces to maintain sanitation standards.
  • Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and supply stations throughout the shift.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness in guest-facing areas including lobby spaces, pool areas, hallways, arcade/FEC spaces, and restrooms.
  • Assist with evening deep-cleaning assignments and special projects as directed.
  • Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damages, or missing items immediately to leadership.
  • Follow all resort safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
  • Handle Lost & Found items according to resort procedures.
  • Support other housekeeping and resort operational needs as assigned by leadership.
  • Maintain professionalism and positive interactions with guests and fellow Realm Keepers at all times.
