About The Position

The Housekeeping Associate will access and address janitorial and safety issues. This role involves working in collaboration with the supervisor and in-house maintenance personnel to maintain a clean and healthy building for the medical practices. The position requires keeping the facilities clean and maintaining a professional atmosphere, performing required daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning tasks. The job operates in a professional office environment with outpatient medical exam rooms. This is a full-time position at 40 hours a week, primarily working a swing shift (6:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m.), with occasional coverage on weekdays or weekends for DOCS ON CALL or Grand Junction Diagnostics. Expected hours of work may change at any time with or without notice. This role has a high exposure risk, requiring personal protective equipment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of safety and good housekeeping skills.
• Must have the education or be willing to be trained in the OSHA Standards Regulations in regards to housekeeping, as well as Blood borne Pathogens.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must have good work ethics and communication skills.
• Must have the ability to work well with supervisor and other staff members.
