Requirements

  • Standing, lifting (up to 30 pounds), bending
  • An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
  • Be on time and reliable – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our team to be reliable at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Complete laundry and housekeeping according to the assigned schedule.
  • Clean residents’ apartments on a weekly basis as assigned and perform emergency housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Clean common spaces, furniture and fixtures, and bathrooms.
  • Replenish bathroom supplies in common areas, as needed.
  • Take care of equipment used within the department.
  • Work with a team to complete assignments.
