About The Position

Havenwood of Buffalo is seeking a hospitality-focused Housekeeping Associate to help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents. The role performs housekeeping and laundry services throughout the senior living community, including resident apartments and common areas, while providing exceptional customer service and following safety and infection control procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the community.
• Perform housekeeping duties to keep resident apartments and common areas clean, safe, and attractive.
• Complete laundry services in accordance with community standards.
• Support a positive resident experience through customer service and hospitality.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures.
