About The Position
The Housekeeping Aide performs day-to-day housekeeping services to ensure a clean, attractive facility in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. This is a weekend position working 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The role is with an organization affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, a privately owned healthcare company with more than 200 locations across the U.S.
Requirements
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Maintain professional working relationships with associates, vendors, and others.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Prior health-care experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, polishing, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning, replenishing, and mopping.
- Help ensure the facility is clean and attractive in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
