Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products and their safe usage
- Knowledge of residential and commercial cleaning techniques including floor care and carpet cleaning
- Familiarity with laundry operations and sanitation practices to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks successfully
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens with care and efficiency
- Maintain floors through proper care techniques including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and buffing to ensure a spotless appearance
- Restock supplies in rooms or public areas, including toiletries, linens, and cleaning products
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
- Respond promptly to guest or resident requests for additional cleaning or amenities with a friendly attitude
- Ensure all sanitation standards are met by adhering to health and safety regulations during cleaning procedures
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management
- Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures at all times
