As our Housekeeping Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of it all — helping us deliver comfort, cleanliness, and that extra touch of hospitality that keeps guests coming back.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Assistant Manager or in a similar supervisory role
  • Solid understanding of housekeeping processes and industry standards
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations
  • A multitasking pro with top-notch organizational and problem-solving skills
  • A sharp eye for detail and an even sharper focus on guest satisfaction
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Must be available to work Fridays and either Saturday or Sunday

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Housekeeping Manager to lead, inspire, and support our dedicated housekeeping team
  • Jump in when needed — from cleaning guest rooms to prepping public areas — you lead by example
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure each room sparkles and every corner shines
  • Motivate your team with clear communication, coaching, and regular performance feedback
  • Organize staff schedules to meet both guest needs and employee availability
  • Walk the floors and inspect rooms to maintain the highest quality standards
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns with speed, empathy, and professionalism
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Keep supplies fully stocked and equipment running smoothly
  • Handle additional duties as assigned — flexibility is key!
