About The Position

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. This role involves supporting store leadership, developing the team, building customer relationships, promoting Brighton products, delivering excellent customer service, recruiting and retaining talent, and driving sales performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as Assistant Manager or Key Holder in fashion or luxury retail
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using social media and recruitment platforms
