As a Housekeeping Aide, you will do meaningful work every day ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of resident privacy and professionalism while working in occupied living spaces
  • Compassionate, dependable, and motivated by meaningful work that supports seniors’ quality of life
  • Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
  • Previous housekeeping experience is required
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
  • Successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check

Responsibilities

  • Complete a wide range of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, and spot cleaning walls, windows, and doors
  • Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, furniture, and common areas according to assigned schedules and procedures
  • Prepare rooms for new occupants, ensuring spaces are clean, welcoming, and tour-ready at all times
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned
