About The Position

The Housekeeping Aide supports residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout a retirement community. The role provides daily housekeeping and laundry services across skilled nursing, memory care, catered living, assisted living, and independent living settings. The work directly affects residents’ experience of their home and their comfort living in it.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Sanitize, clean, vacuum, and maintain public and residential living areas.
Make beds, empty waste baskets, and dust residents’ personal spaces.
Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and deliver laundry while treating residents’ belongings with care and respect.
Inventory and maintain supplies, storage areas, and equipment in a secure, safe, and organized manner.
Assist in preparing residential units for new occupants.
