About The Position

The Housekeeping Aide provides cleaning and laundry services to help maintain a safe, sanitary, comfortable, and homelike environment for residents, staff, and the public. The role calls for a supportive presence that contributes to a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents, teamwork toward excellent resident care, and the stamina, strength, and endurance needed to perform cleaning services. The position is at Lincoln Lodge, with a listed day shift of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Have the stamina, strength, and endurance needed to provide cleaning services.
• Ability to work toward a common goal of excellent care for residents.
